I bought Yasmina couple of months ago and its an amazing devise. I like how she can understand different Arabic dialogue and give entertain with its response not just doing tasks. also the quality of the speaker is amazing.

This speaker is a beast in a tiny package. The sound is crystal clear with powerful, deep bass that doesn't rattle or distort even at high volume. How to activate and setup Yasmina?

1. Connect the smart speaker to a power outlet using the power adaptor.
2. Wait for Yasmina to greet you.
3. Open 📷 Yango Play mobile app and log in.
4. Go to the Smart home with Yasmina section and tap the Quick Setup button.
5. Add the new speaker and follow the prompts.

How to return Yasmina or get refund?

Shipping
  1. Processing Time: Orders typically take 1 business day to process before shipment. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via couriers services
  3. Shipping Locations: We currently ship across UAE only. If you have issues ordering, please contact our customer support for assistance.
  4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  5. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control. We ship from our warehouse locations in the UAE.
Returns and Refunds
All returns and order issues must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
If you directly damage, break, or lose the item – you will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  1. To request a replacement for defective or damaged products, feel free to contact our customer support team at yasmina@dexiconn.com to arrange a refund or exchange.  
  2. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging (packaging box, speaker, cable, etc.). To initiate a return, please email us with clear photos of the items for preliminary assessment. In the event that the returned items are damaged, dirty, or not in their original packaging or some components are not provided, our team will evaluate the condition of the items to determine the amount to be refunded.
We DO NOT accept returns for refunds for any orders that are beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

Order Cancellation:
  1. If you would like to cancel your order, we advise contacting us immediately. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at yasmina@dexiconn.com to see if a modification can be made. We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed.  
  2. All orders are fulfilled in 24 hours, so if your order has been processed already and the shipment cannot be canceled – we are unable to cancel your order.  
  3. Your refund for a canceled order will take 3–7 working days depending on your payment method.
  4. If your order cannot be canceled, you will need to initiate a return (following our return guidelines).
