Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Devices purchased more than 30 days prior are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned product is damaged, used, or incomplete, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Process
Inspection is completed within 3–6 working days after receiving the product
• Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds typically reflect within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a product is delivered and payment is reversed through a bank dispute:
• The customer must either return the product or complete the payment
• We reserve the right to take appropriate action in such cases
