Product sales, order processing, and delivery are handled by DEXICONN GULF ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, UAE.

By using this website or purchasing any Yasmina product, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
1.1. This website offers Yasmina smart speakers and related digital services.
1.2. All prices are in AED and include VAT, where applicable.
1.3. Yasmina reserves the right to update offers, prices, or product information at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments
2.1. Orders are placed through Get-Yasmina.ae and processed by Dexiconn.
2.2. All payments must be made by credit or debit card through the secure payment gateway.
2.3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
2.4. Dexiconn reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.

3. Delivery, Returns & Refunds
3.1 Delivery
Deliveries are fulfilled within the United Arab Emirates:
• Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
• Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 2–4 business days
(Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and accessibility)
3.2 Return Eligibility
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
• The product is unused and in original condition
• All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
3.3 Defective or Damaged Items
Please report any defective or damaged items within 7 days of receipt by contacting:

Kindly include clear photos or videos for faster assessment.
3.4 Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The product has been used, damaged, or altered
• Items are missing parts or original packaging
• Damage was caused by customer misuse
3.5 Delivery Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact phone number.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, Dexiconn will not be responsible for delivery delays.
If our delivery team is unable to contact you within 14 days from dispatch, the order may be returned and a refund will be issued to the original payment method (any applicable additional costs may be deducted).
3.6 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or no response:
• The order may be returned or cancelled
• Re-delivery may be arranged upon confirmation

4. Warranty
4.1. Each Yasmina device includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
4.1.1. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs,
- Normal wear and tear, or
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling.
4.2. Warranty claims can be made by contacting support@get-yasmina.ae.
4.3. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

5. Product Activation & Yango Play Subscription
5.1. To activate and use Yasmina’s full range of voice and entertainment features, you must have an active Yango Play subscription. As specified in the Yasmina product catalogue.

6. Use of Website
6.1. You must be 18 years or older to make purchases on this website.
6.2. Any misuse, unauthorized reselling, or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
6.3. All website content, including text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by Yasmina and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

7.1. While Yasmina and Dexiconn make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all product and website information, they are not responsible for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses,
• Delays or failures caused by factors beyond their control, or
• Minor errors or omissions in product descriptions or pricing.
7.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under UAE law.
